At NOJ Cosmetics, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Retail, Wholesale & Export: Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and our team will assist in resolving the issue.
